Was planning on doing this soon anyway since I'll be prepping for a 0.7.x release likely in a couple of weeks but can do this now. Thanks! |

This PR conservatively upgrades a bunch of dev dependencies to avoid deprecation warnings etc. from npm.
No tests were changed so as to prove nothing seems to break. I also tested a new build on a local repo – works just as 0.6.14 had.
