Sentry Cleanups [under construction]

we are reporting a lot of "minor" errors to Sentry which are using up credits and making it difficult to sift through for actual, impactful issues.

note: depending on the amount of issues i may just continue adding them to this ticket, or create subtasks and link them back

• panic failed to get response from cloudflare
• 'Failed to write PID file' - No space left on device (os error 28)
• Could not start GPU mining: The system cannot find the path specified. (os error 3)
• 'Failed to download binary' Extraction failed: Access is denied. (os error 5) - NOTE this may be not be a "minor" issue - TBD when checking code
