Describe the bug
the wallet section should be anchored to the bottom of the sidebar when in "seedless ui" mode

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. mine directly to an exchange/use a separate mining address
2. open sidebar
3. see janky UI

Expected behavior

the wallet section should be anchored to the bottom of the sidebar
