Broke backwards compatibility

Hello,

#156 just broke backwards compatibility and all infrastructures relying on this repository will be getting the following errors:

• module.vpc.output.vpc_ipv6_cidr_block: Resource 'aws_vpc.this' does not have attribute 'ipv6_cidr_block' for variable 'aws_vpc.this.*.ipv6_cidr_block'
• module.vpc.output.vpc_ipv6_association_id: Resource 'aws_vpc.this' does not have attribute 'ipv6_association_id' for variable 'aws_vpc.this.*.ipv6_association_id'

So quick question, does this repository aim at keeping the backwards compatibility or the maintainers are ready to break it.

If backwards compatibility won't be maintained, a warning on the home page should say so so as no environment depends on it directly and instead people should fork this repository and use that instead.

I knew about this issue and made incomplete tests before the release earlier today.

There are two options really:

1. Lock version to v1.38.0 where IPv6 didn't exist
2. Use v1.40.0 where IPv6 is supported but output is not returned from the module (to solve problem you've experienced).
