Remove the setting of RUST_SRC_PATH env var

I've had the problem with rust-analyzer displaying Workspace /home/tatesa/programming-projects/oxikcde/Cargo.toml has sysroot errors: can't load standard library from sysroot. Removing the env var resolved the issue, and rust analyzer works. Please remove it

hello, i remove the ENV Var , when i restart my vscode, but it still report errors for rust-analyzer:
