I would like to do the simulation of an interdigital filter found in a book. Without simulating the full PCB, I would like to add some connections to ground. The struture of the filter is found in the image which I pasted. My question is whether I can simulate the connection to the ground by adding a port and this port has an electric field equal to zero, meaning that the track is directly shorted to the ground layer. Would it make sense?
