This extends the hunting for existing fugitive summary window so that if one has a mapping for `:0tab G` to always open the fugitive summary as the first tab page, it doesn't keep opening new tabs but focuses the existing one instead. Related: 32b0d62 ("Hunt other tabs for window on :tab Git")
