Enable coverage report for the test code

Right now, we only report the coverage for the "production" code

This should be an important indicator in the case in which we have some tests that are always skipped.

Something like

usually achieves this for me. Although, since your test dir is inside the main package, it should already be collecting that info.

Oh, I see. The report does not include the test dir:

. But the data should be in there, still.

Also, it doesn't make sense to hide this from the HTML coverage reports: https://github.com/twisted/towncrier/actions/runs/19612247833/job/56159832980#step:6:3 — just drop those --skip-covered --skip-empty.

Thanks for the feedback... We can definetly do better here.

The current coverage was implemented as a quick proof of concept to replace codecov.io

But I was not able to find time to continue working on it

Happy to review PRs that improve our current coverage reporting ... and codecov.io is recently more stable ... so even fewer incentives to work on a replacement
