Merging these now results in a weird experience for those who download the activator full dist because they will have to then download more deps after downloading the full dist. In the past we've waited on merging these bumps until right before the release to minimize the time that users have that experience.

My bad! I wasn't aware of this @jamesward. It was set up in Trello as a post 1.1.0 ticket :-(

We should do this for a 1.1.1 release but we should wait and bump until right before the release. It's a funky and intricate setup so no worries about not understanding all the ramifications of a seemingly innocuous change. :)

Then I'd better leave merging to you in the future. BTW, can we delete slick/hello-slick from which this was forked, to avoid confusion for users?
