Automate 'Destroy, Rebuild, and Restore' Workflow

2026-05-03 rebuild plan

Dump is ready on lambda at /srv/dataverse/psql-backups/Saturday-dvndb.bak. Steps:

1. Pull the dump locally:

scp jamie@lambda:/srv/dataverse/psql-backups/Saturday-dvndb.bak /tmp/dvndb_prod.dump

2. Run the rebuild:

make rebuild ENV=tim DB_HOST=dev-dataverse-db.cb4k4a6gqn27.us-west-2.rds.amazonaws.com DB_PASS=<password> DB_DUMP=/tmp/dvndb_prod.dump

Once this succeeds, close infra #3, #4, and #5.
