Dataverse branding

Ensure branding files are mounted and applied correctly.

Local branding files are not being included.

This warning seems to be the key:
[WARNING]: conditional statements should not include jinja2 templating delimiters such as {{ }} or {% %}. Found: lookup('file', '{{ dataverse.branding.directory }}/custom-header.html', errors='ignore')
Looked up the error in chatgpt. Removing {{}} seems to be the fix
chatgpt Key Fixes:
Use the variable directly (without {{ }} inside function calls).
Use ~ (concatenation operator) instead of manually placing variables in {}.
