This PR updates the AWS SDK version to allow for use of the new IAM Roles for Service Accounts to allow kiam-server to assume a role authenticated via a Web Identity Token removing the need for worker node roles to have access to assume roles.
This PR does not add go dep or vendor dependencies, as an alternative to #306
