Using
!eth0as the interface does work with amazon-vpc-cni-k8s, but it took a bit to figure out that I needed a newer version of kiam than the k8s manifests listed underdeploy/.This PR:
deploy/from v2.5 to v2.7, which has the!prefix support for--host-interface.
