Set the default time when picking up a date.

I currently have a issue with the datePicker. When I select a date, the current time is automatically set. This is causing some issues on my side because I don't expect to have any time when I select a date. Is there a way to have 00:00:00z as default time?

This has caused a problem with an application where the Birth Date was shifted to the next day. The time being posted caused UTC to post to the server as the next day.

I fixed this by setting the time to midnight according to the browser's time zone. Setting it to UTC could cause problems depending on the UTC offset, where midnight of the current timezone should pass the UTC offset correctly. The DB is only saving the Date, not the time.

When I select a date from another month or I type a date manually, the time is reset
When I select a date from the same month, the time is keeped

1. Select a date -> the current time is used
2. Select another date -> the previous time is used (so the time is not reset, it's a first issue)
3. Type a date -> the default time is used
4. Clean the input
5. Select a date -> the current time is used
6. Change month and select a date -> the default time is used

I see there is a "initCurrentTime" option, but it does not work, it seems to be linked to 6317

Same issue here. If date picker is initialized with date with no time (date.setHours(0, 0, 0, 0);) then selecting another date does not change time (good). However if I clear the date in date picker and THEN select any date it assumes current time (bad!).
