Describe the bug?

原样式：在演示版本中的示例->Vxe表格->搜索表单，在没有配置tableTitle但是有toolbar-tools，会正常显示。
更新后，没有配置tableTitle但是有toolbar-tools，全部不显示了

Reproduction

注释use-vxe-grid.vue第169行toolbarConfig.enabled = false;
可以看到示例->Vxe表格->搜索表单 界面变化
