Updates the <resource-tags> reference documentation to include cluster-scoped template variables and present all supported variables in a consistent tabular format.
Changes:
- Add
${clustername}and${clustertype}to the<resource-tags>template variable list. - Reformat the template variable list from bullets to a table with descriptions and examples.
