popup doesn't disappear if your mousepointer leaves it without touching the chart

if the popup is so large that it allows your mousepointer to leave it so that once you leave it, the pointer is not on the graph anymore, than the timeout thing won't trigger and the popup stays visible, until you bring the pointer back to the graph
