Whenever I try to sync to iCloud with a fresh install and just a dummy test outline, I receive a pop-up message: Unknown Item: the specified record does not exist.. It simply doesn't sync to iCloud. This occurs on both MacOS (Tahoe 26.4) + iOS (26.4) apps.
