Goal

The main goal is to provide infrastructure to collect the clinical data and associated sample meta-data and establish a link to the corresponding molecular data. We are also planning to FAIRify this data.

We are planning to deploy a REDCap (https://www.project-redcap.org) instance and populate with ISARIC COVID-19 Case Record Forms (CRF)
