Potential projects

• Development of outbreak.info (Github): Outbreak.info is currently focused on visualizing longitudinal epidemiological trends based on the JHU data. Soon, it will be expanded to defining metadata schema for many COVID resource types (datasets, analyses, publications, reagents, etc.), curating available resources, and disseminating that via an online portal. It's a Vue web app with a Python/Elasticsearch back end, and we have many open issues that could use developer resources. Contacts: @flaneuse, @gkarthik, @andrewsu
