Error Downloading, not skipping and continuing download

Trying to download Coda (Deluxe Edition)

I get an error: Error getting release: ('Connection broken: IncompleteRead(1 bytes read, 92822661 more expected)', IncompleteRead(1 bytes read, 92822661 more expected)). Skipping...

However, the download stops there, it does not skip the track and continue.

I've also tried manually grabbing tracks from the album and get the same error.

I'm not positive, but I believe this is a rate limit issue.
I have been playing with some local rate limiting, and it has been quite a while since I have seen the error.

Sometimes, downloading the individual track on its own works, but that may just be flaky behaviour. So probably rate limiting. Or load balancing, for some tracks or some attempts maybe you're hitting a specific server that has rate-limited you, and the next time it's another server and it works... Because the weird thing is, all other songs download fine, it's always one specific one that fails.

I've tried with a vpn to hit a different edge service, and that does work, but after 5 seconds, it completely stalls. I think the CDN is detecting vpn traffic and just stalls me, but no idea. It doesn't fail, just hangs.
