Extract an image from a host with govc

I'd like to extract an image from a host to setup the cluster's image, but don't see related option

Describe the solution you'd like
In our automation script, I want to setup vlcm base image by extracting one from a host. It may be possible to add new parameters to cluster.create?

This feature was added to vSphere more than a year ago. GOVC is a very powerful and convinient tool and we would like to use it in our automation.
