info command only displays limited details

I want to display extra details about a specific project but I am unable.

To be able to specify an option when using the command to indicate how much detail I want. Exactly like how this works for the filter command. Information should default to short.

When writing this I forgot about the previous discussion with @BenBallingall and @KipCrossing that a user would be able to react to a project message and received further/certain details about it or join it.

I had previously put in place that the user who issued the command to see the project could react to receive further details about the project, but this only works for the author and for up to one minutes. This is intended to be a temporary solution to the original problem of this issue.

I now update my suggestion to that we use commands to receive further or specific information about a project or to join a project.
Listening for reactions to n messages for an unlimited amount of time is unfeasible for the bot.
