Easily update status of a project

Unable to quickly and easily update the status of a project.

Describe the solution you'd like
While #19 will introduce similar functionality, it's expected that the status of a project will update so a quick short hand command to do this would be beneficial.

Something like !upstatus [ID] which would then trigger a multi-choice question to update the status.
