remove dependency to puppet/staging

This module has a dependency to https://forge.puppet.com/puppet/staging
but this module is deprecated.
We should move to https://forge.puppet.com/puppet/archive instead.

We've just merge a PR that made the tests all green again. Would you be able to come up with a patch?
