Currently
vue-loaderitself might produce sourcemap even if we setcssSourceMapoption tofalsein config.After looking into the code I find that
cssSourceMapoption is not passed tovue-loaderitself but only presents inloaders, and this line is truthy ifcssSourceMapisundefined.I think this is somewhat confusing and it requires extra options to make it completely disabled.
This PR therefore proposes a explicit
cssSourceMapoption forvue-loaderpassed invue-loader.conf.js
