[Bug Report][4.0.5] Title prop does nothing

Environment

Vuetify Version: 4.0.5
Vue Version: 3.5.32
OS: macOS 10.15.7 (current)

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a color picker component
2. Add title="title here" to

Expected Behavior

Add title prop from the color picker's API. A title should appear above the color picker (similar to date and time pickers).

Actual Behavior

No title appears on the color picker or hidden in the DOM.
