[Feature request]: support rstest

Aware it's bit early to ask, but probably easy to upstream changes if needed if some changes are needed.

https://github.com/web-infra-dev/rstest is a new test framework from rspack team, curious if wallay.js can support it out of the box, or with some upstream changes.

Thanks for your feature request.

Supporting a new testing framework has a non-trivial R&D cost - both upfront and ongoing. This means we don't usually consider support until there's critical mass in terms of either total use, or rate of adoption. Based on these npm statistics, it looks like rstest isn't something that makes sense for us to look at yet.

Having said that, I took a look through your documentation and have some immediate questions/comments. We noticed there is a CLI for running tests; is there also an API available? A non-exhaustive list of what we need as a starting point:

• API/ability to clear module cache between test runs (if this is necessary)
• API/ability to override file content for the test / source files for a test run (e.g. equivalent of intercepting disk reads)
• API/ability to intercept project test / source files after they have been compiled (including access to their source maps) and to modify be able to modify this before it's loaded by the runtime
• API/ability to load some of our code in global scope as a part of the testing runtime environment
• API/ability to report in realtime on runtime events (e.g. list of tests that will execute before the test run, before/after each test task, etc.)
• API/ability to receive results of key parts of test run (e.g. onTestResult, onTestRunEnd, onTestRunError, etc.)

Sounds fair, wanted to gut check (if it was easy) but if it's non trivial not something I'd strongly push for.

The reason I brought it up now is since rstest is in early phases it may able to reflect some of the requirement for the integration - I believe most of questions are belong to web-infra-dev/rstest#382, which rstest currently doesn't have a set for the API support yet.
