This commit adds a ctypes header conversion for the VideoCore shared memory API, and an object-oriented wrapper for the API. It's not 100% complete, but has everything necessary to upload the lens shading table used by the Raspberry Pi camera module.

This PR is superseded by #470 - it was made because I got a bit confused about what @waveform80 was suggesting should be done before it could be merged in. It's also now substantially behind master. I will close this, because it's just cluttering the place up... |
