Still need to determine final sensor name and framerate-limitations but resolutions are correct

Given the mahoosive 200s captures the HQ camera is capable of, I also need to adjust some of the timeout limits in camera.py to permit them to be usable. The current limits will definitely prevent 200s captures (then again, limits relevant to a 200s capture may be rather silly for "normal" framerates - I'll see if I can come up with something a bit more "intelligent" for the hard CAPTURE_TIMEOUT limit). |

@waveform80 and @chrisruk Good to see this repo getting some love recently --(thanks for also making greyworld an official thing.) I will be watching this PR anxiously as I need the longer captures for my current project. :-) |
