Audio Block: Download button doesn't initiate download in Preview, Reader

Expected behavior

When previewing a post with an Audio Block, or viewing it in the Reader, tapping the "..." and then "Download" would download the file to my device.

Actual behavior

When uploading an audio file or inserting from Media Library (not via Insert from URL), the download button does not work in Preview, View (if Published) or in the Reader. It’s working on mobile browser, but not when viewed from the mobile app.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Add an Audio block to a post/page in Personal plan or above. (this can be done on the web or in the app)
2. Upload an audio file by choosing from device or from Media library
3. Publish the page and view
4. Tap the three dots on the Audio and tap Download.

Tested on Samsung Galaxy Note10 Lite, Android 11, WPAndroid 17.5-rc-1

and Samsung Galaxy S21, Android 11, WPAndroid 17.5-rc-1
