Expected behavior

The VoiceOver should treat the author information section as read-only.

Actual behavior

As titled, the author information section is treated as interactive.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

• Navigate to any comment threads.
• Turn on VoiceOver, and wait until the screen reader reads the author information section.
• Verify that the screen reader treats the author information section as interactive.

Notice the part highlighted in blue. The screen reader reads the above as "Author Name, author, 2 days ago, double-tap to activate".

Tested on Samsung A52s, Android 11, WPAndroid 18.8
