Description

• Fix auth when using username/password (following new Orange TV website changes)
• Prevent Kodi error when stream info is incomplete
• Rework auth process in order to reduce API calls when reusing session data

Sorry for the two PRs in a row, we had to react quickly to changes that blocked both live and catchup TV.
