Ah, Netlify failed everything. Seems to be the old Node version in use (v18.20.8). Will need upping on the Netlify side Mr @xdesro. |

Checks now seems to pass? I feel that they shouldn't... @xdesro please still do a check over this before merging just to ensure the deployment systems don't explode, implode, or just generally plode. |

Just some general cleanup. Moved to new versions of dependencies and migrated to ECMAScript Modules as part of that.
Also dropped dotenv given that can be handled directly now.
Tested working, but unsure if it has any impact on the deployments or external screenshot systems.
