Runs on Deno

Run locally:

1. Ensure you have Deno v2 runtime installed
2. cd src
3. deno install
4. deno task dev and visit localhost:8080 to view the webapp
5. use deno task tailwind:watch to start tailwind css watcher. IMPORTANT: you will need to install the proper binary for your OS into the bin/ directory. See here: https://github.com/tailwindlabs/tailwindcss/releases
