Steps to reproduce the bug
This bug exists both in 31.30 and in the previous few stable versions.
The "Playback mode" setting does not work. With both "Pause playback after each video (except queue)" and "Stop playback after one video (except queue)", maybe half the time, the video will instead restart from the beginning.
It does not seem to matter whether the playback mode is selected with the bar icon during playback, or Player | Playback mode.
