[BUG]: NO BUFFER during LIVE stream

Steps to reproduce the bug

Watch his LIVE stream

Actual behavior

Video won't buffer and constantly pauses to "load" more video every 30-ish seconds.

Additional information

Everytime I try to watch this dude's live stream, and his posted videos, (https://www.youtube.com/@ChrisTitusTech) it ALWAYS fails to buffer and play correctly.
It will play for 20-30 seconds, then pause for 10-15 seconds, then play again for another 30-ish seconds.

It NEVER plays without constantly needing to re-buffer.
And if you rewind the video to any previous point in the live stream, it will do the same thing.
It will NEVER load a buffer to keep ahead of what you are watching.

I have tried both wifi and cat5, and it's still the same results.
I've tried all 3 different network engines.
I've tried all 4 different buffer options.
I've tried different video presets.

I don't know if it's some setting he has on his OBS or whatever streaming software he has. But I ALWAYS have this issue with his stream.
On the other hand, i'm watching NERDROTIC Live Stream right now, and not a single issue.

I came here to check if anyone had already reported this problem. It's simply impossible to watch any livestream. It keeps pausing and stuttering all the time. This didn't happen until the last update.

I've had this issue for months, and i know there's been several versions during that time.

@Neipas09, there is the temporal workaround (Settings/Player/Dev. options/Fix live streams (a couple of options, try them all)

I tested the Beta build.
Playing at 1x seems to play longer, but it eventually did a pause/buffer after about 2mins.
Playback at 1.25x causes it to pause/buffer around every 30 seconds.

These "fixes" are useless to me since they disable the rewind feature.
I like to start from the beginning of the stream, and play at 1.25x until either the stream ends or I catch up with the Live time.
