[BUG]: Playlist Shuffle barely works

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Go to a playlist
2. Cycle through playback options until you get to shuffle any playlist
3. Hit the next video button or wait until the video ends

Actual behavior

Whenever you shuffle a playlist it will give you the same videos over and over again depending on your position in the playlist. This is an issue with large playlists. When you hover over the next video button it will show you the video that is supposed to be shuffled.
