[BUG]: Best matching video not in search results #5654

Steps to reproduce the bug
- Search for a highly specific video title.
- See that the video you wanted isn't listed.
Example: German kids music video called "Säbelzahnputztiger".
I'd expect the video to be the first result, but it's nowhere. Instead, related videos like mix-compilations and other videos of the same channel are shown
Actual behavior
The video I searched for doesn't show up.
