[BUG]: Volume reduces over time

Steps to reproduce the bug

Turn on a 24-hr live stream that doesn't end (e.g. sky news, gb news, etc) them come back in a 2-4 hours.

Actual behavior

The sound volume slowly reduces over time. Exit the live stream, then enter again and the volume restores to the correct original level.

Additional information

This has been happening for a few months, maybe longer, so it's not a recent issue.

Do you by chance have Settings > Player > Misc > Auto volume adjustment < checked? Just a hunch if so try to uncheck it.
