Support for VAST 1.0?

Do we want to add support for VAST 1.0 or not?
The current codebase fails on parsing the IAB VAST 1.0 demo documents.

I haven't seen any VAST 1 tags in the wild so I don't think it's a high priority. I'd rather focus on version 4 then.
