Similar to #275 but also includes CH3-4 present on STM32U0 series and updated DTS files.
This PR is part of adding PWM support for LPTIM. See also zephyrproject-rtos/zephyr#57316, where the suggested workaround required to manually include the correct pinmux definition for the chip.
