ATTU's two defects

Describe the bug:

1. In attu 2.6.5, it is not possible to cancel loading a collection, but it is possible in version 2.5.x.
2. When creating an IVF_RABITQ index in a collection, but unable to disable refine, so I can't create the IVF_RABITQ when disabled refine,
