New Blueprint opens with old data while generation is in progress

Description
While a Blueprint generation is in progress, opening a new Blueprint shows fields prefilled with data from the previous one. After refreshing the page, the fields become empty. A new Blueprint should always open with blank fields.
The issue does not always reproduce. It was also observed after generating a draft, but it is hard to catch consistently.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open https://registry-staging.onrender.com/
2. Start the generation process for a Blueprint.
3. While the generation is still in progress, click the Create Blueprint tab.
4. Observe that the new Blueprint form is prefilled with data from the previously created Blueprint.
5. Refresh the page.
6. Observe the new Blueprint again.

Actual Result
The new Blueprint is initially prefilled with data from the previous Blueprint.
After refreshing the page, the Blueprint becomes empty.

Expected Result
A new Blueprint should always open with empty fields.
