Submit Blueprint button stays inactive after fixing validation errors

Description
Even after all validation errors are resolved, the Submit Blueprint button does not become active. To enable it, the user must go back to the previous step and then move forward again.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open: https://registry-staging.onrender.com/ebbd7668-4cd8-4e09-8ecf-b6325f55d9a5/versions
2. Select Advanced changes.
3. Upload the file: Your Order F882060978001 has been shipped.eml
4. Delete the failed regex (Timestamp).
5. Click Next.
6. Observe the Submit Blueprint button.
7. Go back to the previous step.
8. Click Next again.
9. Observe the Submit Blueprint button.

Actual Result
The Submit Blueprint button remains inactive even after all validation errors have been fixed.

Expected Result
The Submit Blueprint button should become active immediately after all validation errors are resolved.
