On the Blueprint creation page, the Public / Private toggles in the Regex fields section are shifted to the right and appear visually misaligned.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Blueprint creation flow
2. Scroll to the regex fields section
3. Observe the Public / Private toggles

Actual Result
The Public / Private toggles are shifted to the right and do not align with the corresponding fields.

Expected Result
The Public / Private toggles properly aligned and consistent across devices and browsers.
