Adds support for MacOS's universal installer. I'm planning to make a follow-up of either
zmk.studio/downloadordownload.zmk.studiowhich will be a landing page that detects OS and links to the latest GitHub release. A universal installer makes this easier and is not much larger.Also adds an icon for MacOS that matches the standard look.
Also renames the product to
ZMK Studio, as the product name is intended as the display name.
