Follows WCRP-CMIP#337
Demonstrates how to update an existing entry (requires updating both the universe (see WCRP-CMIP/WCRP-universe#106) and the CMIP7 CVs (this PR)).
Arguably, the data model here is a bit broken because we have values with "." in
drs_nameentries. I suggest we push fixing this to a future problem. For now, it's ok and data specs version can just be 'special' (because it's not actually used in the DRS, havingdrs_name's with "." in them is ok right now).
