Reloading team config file with error causes ZE to fail silently

Steps to reproduce

Edit your team config file in VS Code and introduce a JSON error.

Actual behavior

ZE detects that config file has changed, but fails to reload it and silently displays error in console.

Expected behavior

I would expect to see the following message:
