Extender type favorites not persisted

Describe the bug

extender type profile favorited files are not persisting a restart and are lost

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use zftp profile and do a filter search in MVS/UNIX tree views
2. Click on favorite star for a file/directory
3. See it lives in favorites now
4. Restart VSC and see the favorites no longer persist/exist for extender profile type

Expected behavior

favorites to persist for extender through a restart like it does for zosmf profile types
